Divine Kingdom in Azure Style

I think I am going to extend integration of Imperium Azure including Fellows to something IRL. One is an educational course titled Imperialism. This is in line with my vision for establishing a new regime beyond the Earth well on the scale of universe. No roleplay or fiction - this is my real dream as if I were immortal. I am inspired by the history of British Empire conquering the whole world and giving rise to the international language English and Commonwealth. But unlike their historical atrocities, I dream for Imperium Azure to take a peaceful approach even while I intend to have military in it in case.

By peaceful approach, I’d enforce some very strict rules like respecting the aliens if they are out there, no annexing the alien lands if they are already occupied and so on - life, including intelligent life, all lifeforms and so on belong to peace!
